LANDLORD SERVICES
We manage your property at no extra cost to you as well as keeping your property in good shape. You will be exempt from landlord licencing (saving you upto £500) and we also carry out regular inspections throughout the year including minor repairs at no extra cost (PSL schemes only).
CERTIFICATIONS
A free service to our landlords and a publicly offered service. We help get your property up to standard. This includes complimentry gas, electric and EPC certifcations. Not to mention FREE installation of wired heat and smoke detection alarms (PSL schemes only).
RENOVATIONS
We offer works accross the board from minor repairs to complete fit-outs to the public and local businesses.
